Title: EZ Track Turnout
Post by: cam on November 03, 2009, 10:36:22 AM
I am having trouble with the frog on one of my turnouts.  When the wheels cross the frog they drop down causing the locomotive to stop.  I have three locomotives two are standard size and the third is a small switch engine.  The small engine is the one having a problem crossing the switch at slow speeds.  I have four of these turnouts and only one of them is causing this problem.  Can you suggest a fix for this problem.  Can the frog be adgussted?   Turnouts are Bachmann lEZ Track.

Thanks  Carl

I am still learning my way round E-Z track, however I have found that with small engines you have to link the frog terminals on the underneath of the turnout.  I have a problem with a crossover unit and am unable to locate the source of the problem.  It shorts when switching the turnout only on one side though.  Not sure if any of this helps.
