I have a 44902 dcc command system that is hooked into a dc 44212 power pack suggested by bachmann to run dcc & dc at the same times.Problem is when I run them together they both slow way down. Is a$300.00 5amp booster needed to operate efficiently?

I was able to change button locations,BUT, the new location still won't let either a or b units run in reverse in that number(1)

I tried to reprogram it using ez command, however,I tried to prograam the matching A unit to #1 and it won't do that either.
I thing there's a problem with the command unit.

I have a#60121 NYC emd ftb with dcc equipped.It came programmed on 3, and ran in both directions.I reprogrammed it for 1,now it won't run in reverse. I tried reprograming it back to 3 to run with the fta unit. It won't run in reverse. What am I doing wrong?

I recently purchased a new dcc transformer/controller,
I have 2 questions
#1  how do you hook up switches to it--
#2 how do you know what functions each engine has 

Has anyone seen or heard of a coupler replacement,knuckle type for these trains?

Did anyone try replacing the couplers with something other?

Is there a better way to uncouple and couple  these cars without tipping them on their side?

Neither units are dcc or dcc equipped. I will try switching cabs.

There is a significant difference in speed. What next?

I don't want to convert them as I have no other dcc products

I have a bachmann Plus set of #11325A & 11326B units,brand new,but the B unit runs faster than the A unit Bteaking them in did not change anything. What do I do now?
