Title: Mr. Bach-Man? Gas Mechanical and Lil Big Hauler
Post by: CCSII on February 15, 2013, 02:26:03 PM
There are some great "shells" to put on a Bach. Gas Mech. under frame out there but the investment in  the B.G.M. is more than I can afford at the moment. Is there any chance Bachmann used the same dies for the Lil BH that I might be able to bash it into one of the shells?

Mr. B?

Mr Bach-Mann....I think he would like to know if the gas mechanical shares a platform or drive with the lil big haulers as he would like to use it for a bash

Hope this helps....Later All .....S.B.

Thanks Sleeping Bear, my arthritis hinders my typing so I try to simplify.

There are some great "shells" or superstructures that use a Bachmann Gas Mechanical under frame or "platform" available, but the investment in the Bachmann Gas Mechanical is more than I can afford at the moment. Is there any chance Bachmann used the same dies for the Lil' Big Hauler that I might be able to bash it for use with one of those "shells?"

Dear CC,
Ahh, now I see.
No, the LBH line has all new drive blocks. They might be adaptable, but they're not identical.
Good Luck!
