The EZ Command unit will have no problems with a decoder that is NMRA compliant and programmed properly.

This model has been out of production for quite some time now. Parts are no longer available. Consider this a preemptive strike

I would check the wiring on the decoder and if you have no luck you can contact the retailer or the Bachmann service department for a replacement.

You may want to contact Bluerail Trains to ask about the possibility of modifying our board for deadrail battery operation. They produce a version of the board that has the battery leads built in.

Hard to diagnose without seeing it. Was the product purchased new? Check the bottom of the switch to see if the both frogs are powered - refer to the instructions for how to wire them. Sounds like a wiring issue.

After looking at various rosters it would appear that anything higher that 975 did not exist. These models were produced quite a while ago under the supervision of our previous product development manager who passed away a couple of years ago so unfortunately there is no way to question him as to why he did them with those numbers.

These are not sold as separate items but you can call the service department to see if the parts department has them.

You should contact the service department. If the loco has been out of production for more that 5 years it is doubtful that parts are still available.

PRR - Standard Railroad of the World. Pennsy has a huge fan base - not limited to the Northeast. Kind of like saying only people who live on the West Coast like Santa Fe.....

Unfortunately that is a feature that does not work on the Android platform. Hopefully it will be addressed in a future version of Bluerail's software.

Try a different control system to confirm whether these is a problem with the loco or control system.

Can't see doing it in HO due to limited appeal but the On30 chassis is a great basis for a conversion/Scratch project in HO.
