Cascenzi - First let me congratulate you on using probably the finest line of track produced today. All Peco 3-way turnouts are of the Electrofrog variety. I have used these turnouts frequently on mini layouts to good avail. You will need two SPDT switches to control the polarity of the two powered frogs. Since I use Caboose Industries' ground throws that was easy to do (use Caboose Industries #220S units).

Excellent wiring instructions can be had at:  http://www.loystoys.com/peco/about-3-way-turnouts.html (http://www.loystoys.com/peco/about-3-way-turnouts.html)

Let us know how your project is progressing.
