Is Bachmann planning on offering the new engines with sound?

I am a ham radio operator and have a degree in elctrical engineering.

However I would rather spend my time playing with trains, than adding sound to the engine. I get enough time with hardware at work.

How about it, Bach-Man?

I'm thinking of buying a sound-equipped Forney for my freelanced railroad and was wondering what other peoples' preference was and why.

Also a question to the Bach Man: Are you going to offer any more engines with sound? I don't want an engine without sound. I guess I picked that up from my hi-rail modeling.

Every year this publication gets better and better. Bachmann was well represented (as usual). I am truly amazed at how this hobby is growing.

I think OGR did a fantastic job of interviewing and presenting the WBB marketing strategy. Obviously, it would have been nice to see a review of the Heritage series engines or the sharks in the new demo colors. Oh well, hopefully we'll see some new pictures in the photo gallery one of these days

I just got my latest CTT magazine and I was pleasantly surprised at the WBB stuff.

The WBB BL-2 engine was reviewed and boasted a real spiffy EMD demonstrator paint job. CTT liked that engine!

I also liked the ad on the back cover showing the new Baldwin Sharks in demo colors. I think those are going to be on my Christmas list! Who knows, maybe the Milwaukee Road will buy a set or just lease them.

I am impressed! I just got my email newsletter and it was outstanding. The pictures were fantastic. Thank you for including the Milwaukee Road E-7 artwork! Now I really want to see the pictures. I also liked the UP heritage engines and Baldwin Sharks in demonstrator colors.

I was looking at your 2008 catalog this morning and was wondering if Bachmann will ever consider offering F3 and F7 engines in Milwaukee Road freight colors. You did such a great job on the U33C, capturing the orange and black colors. The photograph looks great.

Another midwestern fallen flag to model would be the Chicago Great Western. CGW was known for using long strings of those engines for freight trains. F3 and F7 engines would look great in Deramus Red.

Anyway, keep up the good work. I'm having fun!

Hey Mr. Bach Man, I heard on the OGR forum that you have E-7 engines and passenger cars in new color schemes. What colors are the Milwaukee Road units?

I just got my latest issue of CTT and love those new WBB engines, especially the Penn Central ones.

Mr. Bachmann, I would love to see an F-3 pair in Milwaukee Road orange and black. Also, I think you would sell a bunch in Chicago Great Western Red/Purple, at least in the midwest.

The UP heritage engines look pretty cool.

Are these engines available yet and what is the price on them? When will you be posting pictures in the gallery?
