1) what is the driver diameter and driver axle spacing of the Porter loco?

1.3" on the diameter, 2.7" spacing

2) what is the driver diameter and driver axle spacing of the Indy loco ?

Don't have one in front of me, but I believe 1.5" on the drivers. Spacing I can't say.

3) what is the driver diameter of the 2-6-0 and 4-4-0 loco?

2.0" on the drivers, spacing 4.4" between the two drivers on the 4-4-0 and the rear drivers on the 2-6-0, with 2.7" spacing between the front and middle driver on the 2-6-0

Later,

K

Driver diameter is 1.57 inches.  Driver axle spacing is 2 1/8 inches.

Kevin was right on for the driver diameter
