Has anyone published a coffee table book of the history of Plasticville USA, along with photos of all their models, catalogs, boxes, etc.?
If not, are there any plans for such a book? Or an eBook? Or a web site?

There is a website for the Plasticville Collectors Association. (http://www.plasticvilleusa.org/home.html)
As already suggested, try the Plasticville Collectors Association web site at www.plasticvilleusa.org Once there you can find a list of price guides available. While the web site provides the most info (and is currently being completely updated), Bill Nole's latest price guide also gives some basic information on the items. www.pvmayor.com
