I put a Tsunami tsu-750 645 in Mavis, mostly for show to the kid who view the stores layout. it only took about 15 minutes with disassemby  of gear box from the wheels.

Put up some photos. There will be some here who can do that. At least, inspire them.
I see quite a few videos of decoder installs on You Tube but very few with a video or picture of the install. Quite a few are not usually documented anywhere on the Internet.

The photo posting on here doesn't work with my new laptop its just frustrating. I'm thinking of salty next, partially because of the 5 pole motor in him like Mavis has.

That is because you need a photo hosting site like Flickr or Photo Bucket.
I have two different laptops that post photos via Photo Bucket.
