Title: Project Henrietta COMPLETE
Post by: Bear7101 on December 01, 2007, 12:52:07 AM
Project Henrietta COMPLETE

I started off with a ERTL Henrietta
(http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h18/addicted2kellyc/R0015649.jpg)

I then took it all apart
(http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h18/addicted2kellyc/R0015652.jpg)

My next step was to cut out all of the bottom this piece so it could sit flat on the truck
(http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h18/addicted2kellyc/R0015653.jpg)
(After it had been cut)

I then glued it onto the tuck, and let it dry for about 12 hours
(http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h18/addicted2kellyc/R0015655.jpg)

Then it was done!

As I have said on MSN what you did with your Henrietta model is absolutely perfect.  I love it, and it shows that you put a lot of time into making it. ;)

Very cool. 8)  Looks a little out of scale but who cares.(http://www.bachmanntrains.com/home-usa/board/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)  I am impressed.

Those pictures were taken along time ago and since then i made it look to scale by filling in the gap between the coach part and the wagon.

Corrie this thread is mainly for Duckolivertoad's Henrietta model, you already have a thread for your Toad model, so keep it there. ;)

Clearly the thread is for DuckOliverToad's Hennrietta, not for Corrie's Toad model.

BOT - for real this time.

Yes the model really is great, same with the Tomy one, though I kinda find the Duckolivertoad's model more accurate, but that's just my opinion.

Hey, I got back on topic.

Anyways the thing I like the most about the model is because it did take a lot of time and I liked how instead of moaning or complaining about wanting a Bachmann or Hornby Henrietta he just made one.  That is true spirit for model-making right there. ;)
