Title: Stripped-Down 1:20.3 Long Caboose
Post by: GovB on November 06, 2009, 10:12:02 AM
Dear Bach Man,

I as well as others are excited and happy about the new fine scale caboose but, was any thought given to a stripped-down version (sans interior & electronics)? Something that would fill the gap between it ($275) and the 1:22'ish Eight-Wheel Caboose with Center Cupola & Interior series ($55) for us poor folk?

Thanks, GovB :(

How's $126.50 sound? Ridge Road Station has the long cabooses in stock for that.

http://www.ridgeroadstation.com/istar.asp?a=3&manufacturer=117&dept=trains&class=G&subclass=CABOOS (http://www.ridgeroadstation.com/istar.asp?a=3&manufacturer=117&dept=trains&class=G&subclass=CABOOS)

That is an absolute STEAL of a price.

Later,

K

RLD Hobbies also has it cheap, about $139, and Robbie will beat or meet anyone's price, so if you are closer to him for shipping purposes it may save you.

Ridge Road is a great place as well, but I save more because RLD is in Illinois and close to me.

RLDhobbies.com is the web site, but give Robbie a toll free call for personal service!
