Large / Re: New Loco Version 6 ???

I have tried multiple times to post a pic and have not been successful.  The loco definitely has the new version front truck and plastic side rails.  So I assume this means version 6?

Large / New Loco Version 6 ???
January 02, 2014, 11:24:35 AM
I have a number of Big Haulers and received a #90083 Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey set for Christmas.  This Loco has a number of differences, most noticeably the pilot truck.  Has metal accents like my Annie.  What about on the inside, any other improvements?

Large / Annie Smoke Unit Current & Voltage???
September 03, 2010, 03:45:09 PM
I have an Annie that I am installing an Aristocraft Revolution into for control.  Track voltage will be at a constant 22 to 24 volts.

Can the smoke unit run off of that high of a voltage?

If not what is the best voltage to run it at and what kind of current will it draw?

I'm sure trying NOT to smoke anything that isn't supposed to smoke!

Loco Bill, I am in Osage Beach at the Lake of the Ozarks.  I have family in Foristel / Wentsville area so get up your way once in awhile.

Thanks for the Annie list, that is just what I was looking for.  Any idea how many different model Big Haulers have been built?

Tac, thanks for your help in locating the answers to my questions!

Loco Bill you mentioned; "I do have a list of all annies and dates introduced. including those in the sets, but I would have to dig it out.
Let me know if you need more info."

I think my questions on that other board spurred TAC question and yes I would be very interested in your list of Annies if it is something you can easily lay yours hands on.  Do you have a similar listing on the big haulers?  Thank you for any info you may be able to provide.

Large / Annie vs Big Hauler
January 20, 2010, 05:26:37 PM
I understand the Annie has an upgraded exterior over the basic Big Hauler but what about underneath?  Is there any differences in the motor, gears, wheels, frame, etc. in units both sold in the last 2 or 3 years?
