Title: Sound chip configuration
Post by: NCO on December 25, 2010, 12:30:28 AM
I recently installed a Micro-Tsunami 827010 Galloping Goose sound chip in my On30 Rail Bus. The sounds and performance are amazing, but I can't turn the headlights off (although I can dim them), and the interior and green and red running lights don't light up. I temporarily reinstalled the standard Bachmann decoder to check if there was a problem with the wiring of the lights in the Rail Bus, but all worked fine.

Has anyone else experienced this problem with this particular decoder? Any suggestions on how to get all of the lights to work?

many thanks

Adrian

Turn the decoder plug 180 degrees in the socket and you'll be fine.

ChrisS,

Many thanks for your suggestion. I tried it and the result was that none of the lights now work!
