Send it back.
For $300 it should be absolutely perfect.
Settle for nothing less.

Good luck

Hi BrianK,

Your best bet might be to look on eBay for a donor, or maybe a long shot with yardsaletrains.

Good luck

You're welcome.
Perhaps someone who has a crossover will chime in, and tell us what the center to center spacing is, and then it would be easy to figure the correct radius you need.

Hi AA,

When you measure track radius, remember you are using the centerline between the tracks not the outside roadbed edge.
I measure the overall width of the roadbed to be 1.050 +/- .005.
I haven't used EZ Track for a long while, aside of a test figure eight so I don't have many pieces left.
Next sizes up will be 12.5r, 14r 15.5r, 17.5r, and 19r.
I can't say which radius you would need, nor what the spacing between tracks needs to be.

Good luck

Is it possible to whittle/scratch/bash with some Plastruct?
I don't see a better starting point from anything existing,

Good luck

Atlas and Kato both sell brush springs with brushes. Con-Cor too?
Brush pressure is more critical than you know.
There is science to it.
Been there, done that.
I measured tension by trial and error.
Not fun. Not recommended.

General Discussion / Re: Railroad revenge on trucks!

The possession of a CDL has no bearing on whether or not someone's an idiot driver.
Truck driving schools turn out hundreds a day.
As long as you pay your money you can get certified, many don't deserve to be.

QuoteTo avoid liability and lawsuits if someone electrocutes themeslves, or burns their house down, messing around inside the case. Same reason there's usually a "Not User Repairable" warning somewhere on the case or box it came in.

Exactly why they are using Tamper Resistant screws.
