Minimum 18" radius curve for most Bachmann On30 locomotives is recommended. A few will work fine on 15"radius.

Check minimum radius curve Bachmann recommends for the models you want to use in the  Online/Web Store  (http://shop.bachmanntrains.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=487) or the  2015 Catalog  (http://resources.bachmanntrains.com/bachmann2015/)

Hello,

see the article for On30 minimum radii from Professor Klyzlr: http://www.npcrr.net/On30/On30Loco_n_Car_Radius_pics.pdf (http://www.npcrr.net/On30/On30Loco_n_Car_Radius_pics.pdf)

The ten wheeler might go through 18" as the center driver is blind with no flange, but ti'd look downright silly doing so.
My mainline curves on my layout are 23-24", with one 20" part for a few inches into one spur.
