Title: The new Berkshire Question
Post by: Richard H on September 04, 2014, 08:09:47 AM
I'm very interested in the new N Berkshire but am wondering what the length will be tender to loco pilot? I have a rather small turntable bridge and am wondering if it will fit.

Thanks,

Richard H

I am also interested in the total engine & tender wheel-base measurement. Having a smaller turntable, I have to limit my engine purchases to that length limitation.

Wonder which Spectrum tender Bachmann will use, or if an all new design?
FWIW

LL measures in at about 7.437 overall excluding couplers. (99.16ft)
Center of pilot wheel to center of rear wheels on tender about 6.812. (90.83ft)
