Large / How about this loco.....
January 12, 2013, 05:56:32 PM
Bachmann, Why don't you make a Mason Bogie Locomotive, I know this has been made in brass but way to far out of most people's budgets. I have always loved this locomotive and I do think it would be a great fit in your spectrum line of locomotives, I also want to see the ventalated boxcar in 1:20.3 made like your On30 line has..  ;D

Large / Brass Turnouts coming.....
October 30, 2012, 09:00:47 PM
I seen on youtube where bachmann was at the fall 2012 tca and was telling people that bacmann was working on brass turnouts and they would be coming later. My I say someone needs to make a 5 foot (2.5 foot radius) turnout! It goes from 4 foot (2 foot radius) to 8 foot (4 foot radius).. I know people want larger turnouts and I also for outdoor layouts, But for those indoor layouts where you don't have room for 8 foot curves and 4 foot seems to small, 5 foot curves are the way to go, but no turnouts are made in that size! Please think about it bachmann and can't wait to see your turnouts in brass!!!

Buy a LGB power pack, the 5 amp one is great and runs the trains very smooth without the starting jerks you can get with other power packs. I think you will find one on ebay used..

I agree with you, but someone needs to make a 5 foot switch (R2) because no one makes one and I think it is really needed. Please also make a 10 foot radius of your track ;)

Large / Want a few new 1:20.3 freight cars.........

There is a few freight cars that you make in On30 that I would like to see made in Spectrum 1:20.3 and the first one would be the Pulpwood Car, The next would be the Ventilated Box Car, The Reefer would be another also. Plus I would like the On30 Camp Cars made in 1:20.3. I think these cars will really fit in with the models already made and give more models of that period. Please think about these and I wonder how others feel about these being made. Please post your thoughts or more model needed. :D

Large / New Roadnames for the 4-6-0 please...
October 06, 2012, 11:40:55 PM
I wish bachmann would make some new roadnames for the 4-6-0 annie locomotive and also an upgrade on the tender on both the coal and wood versions, would be nice if it was more like the versions on the spectrum 4-4-0 with the chains and more detail, I love the loco but the tender has always seem to lack something..  ::)

Large / Re: Spectrum Passenger Cars
October 06, 2012, 11:31:57 PM
I would love to see a spectrum passenger car in 1:20.3 scale, I think a short style would look great with the 4-4-0 and 4-6-0 locomotives, if it ran around $300.00 retail and sold for around $200.00 to 225.00 would be great. Rio Grande is a must in a roadname. Please go with the spectrum caboose style of add ons, grab irons, lights, stove and stack, and etc.. One can wish :o
