I've been there and ridden the train.  It is indeed very impressive.  But it may be just a bit beyond my projected retirement income.

ive run my locomotive and tom's k36 there 10 years ago. very impressive place

It was great fun to ride.  He has a very impressive timber trestle and a real tunnel on the line.  IIRC, our motive power was the Big Boy.  Note that the K-36's are built to about 2 1/2 inch scale to run on the 1 1/2 scale track to maintain proper equipment to track proportions.  Those models verge on being "real" steam locos.

Hey, seeing as it was on the market since January of last year, I hope you didn't pay over 2.8 MIL for it...

Shoot, I didn't pick up on that and failed to use it in my negotiations!  I overpaid!  LOL !!! :D
