If it is a Bachmann factory equipped loco, it is a EZ Command decoder. Look around this site for the documents. This will give you some experience at knowing what is in the Bachmann site.

It is made for Bachmann by Lenz, it is a standard 1 amp decoder with 2 functions, and only basic CVs.
