does the locomotive have metal or plastic rods?? And does the tender have one or two electrical leads?
I was asked these two questions and don't know the answers - any help would be great
thanks :)
A question, do you own this engine, or are you thinking about buying it? Chuck
I own it and I am selling it but it is 175 miles from me so I can't look at it myself.
Someone interested in buying it asked.
Bought it several years ago and never took the train out of the box - it's the Durango Silverton Passenger Train
Your Durango & Silverton Passenger set 90058 Locomotive has plastic siderods, but the chassis is the very smooth running Version 5 chassis. The tender has two leads, one for the chuff sensor marked "sound" and the other is the lead for the rear headlight marked "lights"
Bill,
Good work!!!
Barry
Loco Bill!! thank you very much - I greatly apreciate your help :)
another question or two if you don't mind -
is there a battery in the coal car?
how many watts?
sorry I don't know more about my own train - its at my daughters 175 miles from me
There is a battery needed in the coal car. It is a 9 volt battery and it powers the sound system.
thanks again Bill - greatly appreciate all your help
