Title: Carrier/Tote for the heavy K-27
Post by: HoboHarley on March 16, 2008, 09:31:27 AM
Certainly there is considerable activity regarding a carrier or tote for the K-27. I would like to know preferences for such and experiences thus far with one from any and all of you K-27 owners. I'm 82 years young and in pretty good health, but that loco is a strain on my fingers. Thanks for your input.

HoboHarley.

Here's a topic from this site that should give you some ideas.

This is a picture of the type carriers I use.  I have seven of these carriers.  They aren't fancy or furniture grade but they are easy to use.  Loading and unloading a locomotive is easy.  It takes minimum effort to build one of these.  I find this design works well for the K-27.
