Title: e-z track turnouts

I bought 4 e-z track turn outs the other day.
after i recieved them they did not come with the switch boxes that make them automatic. i told them and they said that they did??

Are these the wired remote turnouts or the new DCC turnouts?

they have the green wire  but they dont have the switch and there remote turnouts without the remote

Dear Canada,
Were they packed in a blister? If they have a green wire, they should also have the controller.

All the turnouts I bought that had the green wire came with the remote, be it the push switch or the capacitive discharge switch.
