Title: red power wire
Post by: screen48 on November 23, 2010, 12:13:38 AM
I see in parts there is a short red power wire.  Is there a longer red power wire? Also, if so or not, does the wire come in none EZ-track end?

Dear Screen,
We offer Item no. 44498, a ten foot extension wire. Without the plug, you might just as well used a spool of two conductor wire.
Have fun!

screen-

Those long red cables are awefully expensive.  I suggest  cutting one in two and splicing in enough regular wire to get the length you need.  I've done this many times, including with the green three-conductor cables, and it works just great.  And you still have the correct connector on each end.  Just be sure to maintain polarity when lengthening the green cables.
