Title: Tabe size?
Post by: dragonbusa on June 18, 2017, 12:58:38 AM
Hey guys can some one tell how wide my table will need to be if I build an oval using 22 degree curves? length is not a problem. I would like to have three inches of over hang. I'm going to add on to my existing table which is now four feet wide and twelve feet long. Thanks for any help. James

22" radius curves will fit on a 4' wide table. Barely.

If using EZ Track, it's about 2" wide.
With a 4' wide table and 22" radius curves, you will have about an inch left on either side. 22+22+1+1=46. 48-46=2 inches total or 1 inch on each side. Your table would have to be 52" wide to have 3" on each side.
With 18" radius, you will have about 5" on either side. 18=18+1+1=38. 48-38=10 inches total.
