Title: DCC Bachmann Turntable
Post by: pktraveler1970 on March 25, 2024, 02:28:29 PM
Trying to figure out how to reprogram the turntable to another function button on my DCC controller. Any help on how to assign to another number. Already have my turnouts programmed to the number 2 button. Is there a program button on the turntable I am not finding?

The answer for that will be found in your owners manual for the DCC system itself.

Im using the Bachmann DCC controller and there is nothing on the turntable. I cant find anything on the Bachmann turntable to reset or assign. even the instructions are vague on the turntable. I am able to assign my switches with no issue and all my engines. The turntable seems to be an odity.

This might or might not help.
Do a Google search on Bachmann turntables.

You didn't say  if it works with address 3 and you just want to program to a different address. If that's the case can't you do it like doing a loco address?

Resets and renaming addresses are functions of your DCC system and aren't properties contained in the turntable itself.  What system are you using?
