Greg,
The production locos are the ones on display at the convention. They have the rust colored front coupler. They have two multi wire connectors between loco and tender just like the K and C class Bachmann productions.

Any updates?

Loco Bill and all,
Very good decision. I know you put a lot of research and thought into it. While it appears same as the Generation 6 chassis form just initial observations, the new version does have Pittman motor and possibly a flickering firebox light (these may be hard to distinguish from simple examination of exterior of loco). In any event, we soon will have another excellent locomotive from Bachmann.

(It will still be hard to call this locomotive a Big Hauler)

They look wonderful. Can't wait for them to run on my railroad!
Let us know of any updates.

Hey Bach-Man,
According to the guy displaying the samples at the National Garden Railway Convention, Bachmann is now shipping these to customers. Can you verify? I have two on order and maybe they will arrive SOON!

Greg,
They are absolutely wonderful! I sent photos to Loco Bill and he will likely post soon. Disappointed that they are on display tucked away in a corner and you can hardly see them:(.

All,
The new 4-6-0 is a very updated Annie. The last version produced has the new pilot truck. This version has the plug-n-play with new tender molds and details. I would agree with the PNP Annie as a name.

Mr Bach-man, Loco Bill and all,
Do we yet have an 'official' name for the about to be arriving 4-6-0? I would feel VERY honored to have the name Teddy given to the two Rio Grande versions (and maybe future D&RG and RGS paints) and I am sure Loco Bill would be equally honored to have the other schemes called Billy. I am excited to actually SEE these Thursday in Nashville.

Loco Bill,
Check out the instructions posted for the new 4-6-0 at https://www.bachmanntrains.com/home-usa/dwg/dwgs/4-6-0Manual2020.pdf where there are pretty good photos of the underside of the loco and the electronics in tender.

Hi Bach-man,
I am anticipating! However, the 2021 National Garden Railway Convention Vendor Hall opens one week from today. Any chance you can give us a sneak peak of the Rio Grande locos before then? Please:)

Bach Man,
Just over a week away from the vendor hall opening at the convention. Guess I will just have to ANTICIPATE!

Hello Bach-Man,
Are the flown in samples here? Tease us with a few photos before the convention (or before you send one to me;)

Tom,
Mine runs best on 9 ft or larger diameter track curves.
