HO / Re: Which couplers do you prefer?
May 31, 2020, 08:10:47 PM
I prefer the Kadie knuckle style couplers they're pretty reliable and as long as you have them lined up they act pretty good and they resemble the real thing and Kadie makes couplers that works off DCC now where you can uncouple

I read up on it and they say they got speakers that you could strategically hide in your layout and the speakers actually follow the locomotive with the sound so actually makes it sound like it's coming from the locomotive which I think is pretty cool I like that concept

Well Terry looks like they ain't left nothing out LOL. I was reading up on the digitrax system does it require a full internet connection or does it work off of Wi-Fi Direct,, and if it does need a full internet connection will a hot spot suffice?

Yeah you say the sound wouldn't it be awesome to incorporate some kind of surround sound into your layout with like Dolby 7.1 surround and an awesome sub box the sound would be phenomenal then!!

HO / Re: DCC crossover issues! Help!
March 15, 2020, 03:58:29 AM
The faulty one may have fried the other one that you been having, that's most likely the issue but you know most companies since it was pre-existing they are not going to replace it but it's cool that they're replacing the faulty one,, I posted a question in my topic "decoders" I'm looking at using my Android tablet as a controller how do I go about doing that?
