Are the Bradford Exchange On30 locos DCC ready?

The loco appears to be the straight DC Mogul, so the answer would be no. But adding a decoder is pretty straight forward. Instructions can be found here: http://tcsdcc.com/index.php/installation/o-scale/bachmann-on30-mogul/mc2

Thank you very much for that guide, I've used it in the past to install a Digitraxx DZ126T decoder. (It was tiny enough to fit in the empty space at the front of the model)

You could try putting a noise maker in the tender, the analog 2-6-0's are pretty much empty back there.
