Does anybody know if Williams made a black and red Santa Fe 0 gauge war bonnet and if so what year. Thanks in advance

WTW – If
Williams Electric Trains did the model set, it would have been prior to October 2007.
'Black Bonnets', red nose & black body, were done by K-Line, Lionel and MTH at various times up to 2017. As far as I can recall Williams never did one.
