Title: Lionel clock
Post by: bill collins on December 11, 2013, 02:15:35 PM
Here's one for you Lionel fans. I bought a used Lionel 100th anniversary clock in an antique store. It keeps time perfectly but the train that goes around on the hour and makes sounds, sticks. Anybody know how to fix that? Someone out there must have seen or owned one of these. They came out in 2000. Thanks for any help.

I had one but it got really annoying after a while. It finally quit working but never bothered to fix it. My wife was happy it quit.

Look underneath to see if yours is missing the magnet. If so, glue a small metal washer where the magnet should be.
