Could bachmann make more realistic item's like, roundhouse's, sheds, stuff that is eye catching to realistic modelers.
Thanks
Dusten
I think I would like a more 'detailed' version, after all, us modelers go for the 'real' deal.
Plasticville is reminiscent of the 50's. Its cheap enough for children to buy, and brings back memories for the O Gaugers. They did Spectrum Buildings awhile ago, but they weren't very successful. With so many other companies doing these buildings, is it really worth it for them too to step into the market?
Is it? Ask Bachmann.
I have to admit Guilford Guy is correct . The Structure section in the current Walters Catalog is a mighty large Section. Start Up costs would be immense and would have to offer things that would not already be on the market . To turn a profit in todays economy is definitely an uphill fight.
Yeah, GG has a point, but I never knew about the Spectrum line of buildings, I guess it would not be so bad to pay a little more for a structure. It would be nice to see if bachmann could get some buyers this go around.
Take Care

OR JUST BUY IT CHEAPER, IF IT ISN'T THAT DETAILED, THEN GREAT! IT CAN BE CUSTIMIZED MORE THEN. YOU CAN CONTROL THE COLORS (PRE-MOLDED VERSIONS), AND MANY OTHER FEATURES.
The Spectrum buildings were HO scale, not O scale.
Oh ok ;D No wonder why I did not see any spectrum O buildings. Is it possible for Bachmann to make their pre-exisiting Plasticville Line up to be more realistic, and scale wise? The coaling tower and water towers really need a make over to more turn of the centry-ish.
Dusten
Well, a company has created an upgrade kit for the coaling tower. (See threads list, posted by the Bach-Man)
