For the Rio Grande road number 9043, can anyone tell me the Bachmann number and the type of engine?

I have a friend's EZ Command controller and it does not work.  It lights up but does not seem to have any output to the track.  My own works fine.  Does anyone know
what repair or replacement costs would be??

I have an 0-4-0T docksider that is missing rods and drivers.  Can the service department repair it?  I have had extremely good luck with your repair facility, but some engines can not be repaired, is this one? 

I've read (in several places) that the turn radius for the 4-8-4-J is  19 inches.  Is this correct?  I have also heard through various blogs that this is a hangover from HO and the it is 11.25 inches.    I'm itching for a 4-8-4 J but my layout will not handle the large curves.
