N / Re: Steamers we like...and Bachmann can make...
March 07, 2011, 05:11:09 PM
Yes - big steamers are nice with sound and DCC ... or not

So different brands on market  and  many heavy steamers run ..
I want the steamers they build  the American railroads !!!
The Bachmann 4-4-0  and the Atlas 2-6-0  are the real Oldtimers !
A ModelPower 4-4-0 and 2-6-0 & Athearn 2-6-0 and 2-8-0 are nice running
& looking Models and a little to late . .
I want Steamers before and after the Civil War - that is my Time ...
...there are a lot of steamers to build ...
There is only one question - can Bachmann build this little machines ???
Bachmann has a New 0-4-0 in HO  -  WHY not also  in N-Scale ???
A new mechanism with prototypical  48" diameter drivers and a 5- or 3-pole, skew-wound motor.
possible is also a  0-4-0T...

Big Layouts & Big N scale locomotives-
in the last years all types of running diesel power were make by different
brands in N Scale - and the old timers ???
The good old timers & Locos I'm missing:
2-4-0
2-6-0
2-8-0 OT with a driveshaft running from the tender into the cab
-
The last run of 4-4-0 come with high quality paint jobs, blackened wheels
& knuckle coupler on tender and running markedly better than the older ones
This new Quality  ...
2-6-6-2T for logging Railroads
and a Wood Burner Tender ...
And new types are welcome:
0-4-4T  Forney
a better running 0-4-0 & 0-4-0T
OT 0-6-0  &  2-6-2T
The  GE44Ton - Drive whit a Climax -FullCab- shell
or   GE44Ton - Drive with a Boxcab - Shell
Please help Bachmann and added the missing Links  in N Scale !!!

N / Bach Man who are Pics ?
February 03, 2010, 09:49:55 AM
Hi Bach Man,
since September 16, 2009 we waiting:

(I was just visiting the UK Graham Farish side of your world. I saw an announcement
that I need a validation for. Is it true Bachmann is finally adding a NEW magnetic automatic coupler for 'N' scale models? Or am I dreaming. UK models too? I saw it in black and white, but having trouble adjusting to the possible reality. YeeHaw if soo... Thanks, Davetyle)

I was on this Website, see this pic in color, downloaded it and found it back on Thursday -
two Jackson Sharp open-sided Excursion Cars with seats
and McHenry couplers with black painted Springs...
Graham Farish has this Pic deleted... to much questions ???
I think - Bachmann has no new couplers !!!
Only Pics can corrugated me ...

N / Re: first run of Spectrum 2-6-6-2 Articulated
January 05, 2010, 08:56:36 AM
Dear MR. Bachmann,
I found the problem - it's the hard wiring -
with a soft manipulation on this wire
now press this wire the truck back to the tracks.
two hours of search and five seconds  for correction
a simple problem by production.
This Loco was my first with the right lubrication out off the box-
Bachmann has learned... !!!
When cam's the next run of the old timers cars
and when the new couplers ???

N / Re: MORE 4-4-0 Jupiter questions
January 01, 2010, 03:16:14 PM
Hi Mike,
Since I build in US - N - gauge
I found a NetSite :
http://www.visi.com/~spookshow/trainstuff.html
Just read, look and learn - I save much money with this  webwork
- a special tip from me:
if you disample a model  - don't forget :
YOU must it sample again - don't loose parts
and  no mother's, no wife's,  no pets and "absolutely" no children's !!! Happy New Year to all !!!

N / Re: GE 44 Chassis
October 01, 2009, 05:27:17 AM
Yes,
the Kato  &  Atlas Chassis are, in moment, the standard in N - Scale -
but to long to build "old Time" Locos.
Big Locos are not rare  in N -
there so much little locos in American Railway History -
they build this land - not  the big ones !!!
And the GE 44 ton - Chassis is a big chance for custom Shells.
The Shay from Atlas are great,  what OT - Fans need is a real
looking 0-4-0, a better 4-4-0, a 4-6-0, a 2-2-4 Forney, a 0-4-0T and ... ?!
I hope theres a comeback for the "old time" cars with a real old Time Look,
the underframe of the logging flat cars are a big step for Bachmann !!!

Best chassis since Bachmann has N - Scale
and chance for more:
a Ingersoll - Rand - BOXCAB and
a Climax - BOXCAB !!!
Don´t forget the undec. Version´s.
