Hello guys
I was wondering if you all could show me your layouts. I will post pics of my layout soon as I get it cleaned up a little. ;)

Pics of my Layout are coming soon as I get to the Fram/Toy Show. ;D
Bear I must say that this is a very good layout. We can tell that you spend alot of time working on it. 8) I also have a question. What is the size difference between Hornby Oliver and Bachmann Thomas?
um bear?
I really don't think there is much difference Oliver is alot longer and a bit bigger but you can decide,

YAY!!!! ;D :D IT WURKED!!!!
My new layout is currently in construction, so I doubt you want to see roadbed and track... :-\ I will be making a 2X8 Thomas layout though that shall include the Docks, Tidmouth Sheds, and something in between them. I'll post pictures when I have made some progress on it.

Bear thank you for the help. Where did you det your oliver anyway?
so bear when can we see some episodes?
Not necessarily my layout, but I do run it sometimes at the Model Train club, usually running their James/wagons included in set, and my Thomas/Hornby Rolling Stock/Annie Clarabel/Bachmann Wagons. The kids go nuts over them both.

Thanks. We (me and the layout owner) soon discovered the layouts tracks were dirty, so we'd rub the tracks to get dirt off sometimes. I only run the layout on the public weekends, which is every second and fourth Saturday of the Month. Most of the recent photos I have are blurry, so I'm going to retake them next time. They also have a Garden Railway, live steam, N scale, and Lionel engines. Their Thomas doesn't do as much as my Bachmann does (theirs just does a loop, while I like to stop him sometimes just for the kids to see him, though it does break BR Rule 55. ;)) My hopes are by the end of the Month, my Hornby Caledonian 0-4-0ST will come in, and I'll bring it along. I mentioned him before, and a Mother thought it was a Thomas character! I had to explain to her the "British" engines to her, which she seemed unaware of, bless her heart. :P

Yeah, I've "barried" people before. Also, Thomas isn't exactly alive, being an inanimate locomotive...
Wow That was seriously un called for.
Jk
Well, bit of a bump, but with National Train Day, and the place open today, I'm running the layout again. :D
(http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s60/Sparks_tr/Trains/SD533710-1.jpg)
We also had a bit of derailing problems... I left to see the live steam again with some other people, and when I came back, I found this. ¬_¬;

I love all of these layouts, especially Sparks'. Sparks, could you post more pics of that wonderful layout of yours? I'd like to see how big it is. In one of those videos, I thought I saw a quarry or coal yard. I would really like to see more.
I said the layout is not mine, but I run my engines on it a lot for good long runs. The layout belongs to one of the members, and its been working for a long time. And you're rather lucky, the clubs open again tomorrow, so I'll surely do some more photos. :)
And yes I believe the setting of the layout is a quarry and small town. I regret running engines at high speeds at first. :P
i have some pictures of my layout and i will show you guys how much progress i have done on it, it will take some time to get the pics ready
