Hi Gang.

I have a Bachmann oN30 2-6-0 Colorado & Southern. Typically I set it up at Christmas.......and have been working on the layout for about a month now. I have run the train several times.....and varying speeds and all was well.

On Sunday however, the tender started derailing when it went around a switch, or when it went of the 90 degree crossing. I have cleaned the track. Checked for un-level joins etc. I can find no obvious reason for this.

This is an intermittent problem, and only happens on the tender. Are the trucks the problem?

Aloha Gang,

   Newbie here. I finally have the room to get serious about modeling.
   I have a 5'x10' table to start with and my vision is to model an imaginary old west railroad.
   The question I have is where can I find some decent old west style buildings etc. that will not break the bank. I have found plans for them and I found some in the $60-$80 range, but I do not want to spend that much.
