I can see a definite advantage, both to Bachmann and the modeller to have 'grab bags' of parts in the various scales, just like the Grandt Line Door and Window ones. They could even be sold by weight. Just need a set of kitchen scales; a few zip lock bags and  a large heap of these 'spare bits and pieces.

If you simply Right Click on any of the pictures and then on 'Show Image', you get the full size version.

Just to be a bit different -   :D

I'm Ron from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia - a State that has only Narrow Gauge (3'6" and 2') railways.

I would think that I am one of the older members on the board at 71. Had to come in from Garden Rail (Live Steam) because of medical problems and am now in the early stages of an On30 layout, made possible by quality products at a reasonable price from Bachmann and a number of small producers.

I'm coming in rather late on this, but there doesn't seem to be a post with this rather interesting fact. If you right click on that small image and then click on 'View Image' it comes up to full size.

They have been available for some weeks - certainly enough for examples to have reached both Britain and Australia. In fact at least one member of the On30 Yahoo Group has done a 'slice and dice' to convert the loco.
