Hi,
I've got a Bachmann Edward one year ago, but after some month his engine was going slower than before and I don't now what to do. Has anyone an idea? ???
Try blowing the dust outta him with a can of compressed air. Then make sure the surfaces of his wheels are clean.
How should I do this? The motor is so small and I don't know how to open it. ???
You don't have to dismantle him. Just aim the nozzle on the can at his underside and hit the trigger.
What she said ::) yeah, I do the same to my models every year, their "spring cleaning" . And no need to take it apart, just put the nose against the underbody. Oh, and DONT "drink" or "breathe" it in! LOL Good luck
Have you cleaned your track and wheels? About once a year I clean my locomotive's wheels that are in service or any models that are taking an excursion.
Models could also need oiling.
