I'm a big collector of n scale PRR. One thing I can't find is a GG1. Anyone know where I can find one??
Arnold made a mediocre model twenty years ago, which I've heard is getting both expensive and scarce. Try eBay or a train show. If you want some hope, there's a rumor going around that Kato is going to be making one. I can't verify, though.

Honest answer? In one of the write-ups that I've read about the hobby show. I'll have to look back to find the actual source, but I do remember a GG-1 featured on a poster in the back of Kato's booth. Stay tuned while I backtrack through the forums.

Excellent! Thanks guys!
It appears that the GS4 & Daylight may be in for Nov-Dec delivery.
The GG1 & Broadway may appear sometime in 2008, perhaps as late as the NTS next year. You may have some time to save some $$ till then, or work some OT.
If you go to Kato's homepage and look at the new poster, it shows the GG1 on it now.
if it does then where because i just now looked at the Homepage and its not there nor is it on any listings as new or Coming Soon items.
You need to do the right clickity click I guess. This seems to be the direct link to the poster in pdf format (~1.5MB)
