I scored a old Alco C628 #6701 a couple months ago that appears to have very little run time on it. With giving it a lube job it runs like a Williams should! Not knowing how many hands this has gone through, someone put a beacon on top of the cab. I think it's cool looking! But what I really want to know is what year/s did Williams produce this loco? Maybe 3 Rail can dig into the archives for me?? Here's a pic. Thanks
I don't know why it won't let me load pics, there smaller than what the board requires them to be? Go fig?
If you are having trouble go see the post under general dicussion, show us your layout, they tell you how to post photo on here.
I posted on there, I have a photobucket account, maybe you need a photobucket account in order to post. Photobucket (no fee) is free to use.

Another way to date your Williams engine, what circuit board do you have?
A QSI circuit board goes back almost 17 years, or the "Crown Edition" goes back about 16 to 19 years.
