I want to remove the Steel Climax cab so I can do some interior detailing.

I saw the 2 screws on bottom and have removed them. Then there are various pipes going through front of cab.  I can easily remove some of the pipes from front of cab but others are not that easy. The ones that I couldn't remove appear to be preventing cab from lifting up. Is there any trick to this?

Has anyone installed a back-up light in one of the newer  Bachmann Shays? At rear of PCB there is a LED 1 label. I put Shay in reverse and measured voltage at the two unused solder pads by the LED 1 label but there was no voltage!? Some circuitry appears to be missing.
