Is there a sound module for the 0 6 0 port in HO

Very upset with customer service. I sent my loco to Bachmann on Nov12th 2016, and to date have not received any updates after many requests. Not happy

I mailed my Climax off to Bachmann on the 12th. Do they notify you when they receive it

Well one of the truck gears was cracked and engine would not move. Spent 100.00 for 3 metal trucks installed them still no go. took off gear cover and it seems the gear deepest in the gearbox ( under the shaft for the pistons does not move) Anyone else had the problem? I don't want to disassemble everything without some direction as to fixing it. Thanks

I purchased the steel gear trucks for my 70 climax. How do I separate the present trucks from the body

how many styles of shays does bachmann make Climax, Heisler any others?

 
Is there one track cleaning car and chemical  that is the best. I only want to buy one and would like to know that it will do the job as well as it can be done Thanks

 

  Just about ready to switch to DCC. I bought a Digitrax Auto Rev that is for DCC so I know I have the right one. Does it draw all it's power from the rails and if so will I need to increase my power unit to compensate? Thanks

 
  Thanks for the help with the "backwards compatible" issue Now I have a fresh question. Also got a new 4 4 0 American and put it on the track. Runs great (after I made sure the plugs were in tight) but it does not go up the slightest of grades without spinning the drivers, and this is without pulling any cars. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a way to help this engine get some grip??

 

"100% backwards compatible" Read this in the instructions of my new saddle tank. It has DCC on board. What do I have to do to run it on DC until my DCC is ready??There were no pins enclosed in the box for jumping the board.

 
I have a Peco three way switch, that I am using as the entrance to my yard. How do I wire this switch? While testing, all locos stopped wether going left, right, or straight ahead. Do I need to power all three tracks or is there one hookup that will provide power to whichever track I go to?? Thanks

Hello: New to the site. Have a question. I bought a 50 ton two truck class B climax, but it would not run. Some inspection showed one of the small bevel gears in the rear truck was split and was jamming in the large drive gear. I tried to search for the part as labelled on my assembly sheet but could not bring anything up. Now I,m not arguing here I called Bachmann and they are sending me out a new truck ( can't beat that) but I was wondering CAN YOU ORDER INDIVIDUAL PARTS FROM THE ASSEMBLY SHEET or is there something about the climax that makes it different?? Thank you
