Title: Bachmann: Lazy Eye Donald
Post by: Cheeky_ULP on September 15, 2011, 09:01:09 PM

My Bachmann Donald model came with a lazy eye. Is there an easy fix to this, can a replacement face be sent, or should I send it to your warehouse for a replacement? I have some spare time in my schedule if I need to make a trip to the post office to send it.

Also, what becomes of models like these that are sent back to the warehouse? Seems a waste to have to discard a model that's only flaw is a lazy eye.

Thanks.

Dear Sparks,
Pop off the face to make sure the eyes are correctly connected to the mechanism.
If it can't be realigned, contact service.
Thanks!

I have a similar problem, but his eye is looking downwords right - not too major, but I doubt that Bachmann could replace such a small piece for me here in the UK..... ah well - I'll live :) Smashing models!

Someone told me that if I run my model it might reposition the eye. Locking thread until I give a further update.
