Large / Re: C-19 Chuff sensor

Thank you, seems like the stock sensor works just fine. Odd that my 346 doesn't have a tender backup light but other 346's do. Hmmmm

Large / C-19 Chuff sensor
June 04, 2016, 09:27:59 PM
Is the C-19 chuff sensor worth using? I want a clean 4 chuffs per rotation but one person said this doesn't work well at all. Sure would make live easier if I could use it when I start the sound install next month. Whats the opinions here?

Thank you

N / Re: New N Scal Excursion cars

Bachmann had the N scale version sitting next to the HO cars at the NMRA in Anahiem CA. The funny thing is the prototype for these cars where operating less than a 1/4 mile from the convention

Disneyland in CA. has two different typs of excursion cars, one with the seats running sideways and the other with the seats pointed forward. As far as I can tell this car is a dead on copy of the forward seat excursion car. One vendor at the NMRA Convention that has ties to Disneyland said that a Disneyland set will be out sometime in 2009 in both N & HO.

Large / K-27 Snow Plow question
November 02, 2007, 06:14:21 PM
You say that the pilots have been modified on select models so the plow will fit better. Can the plow be removed on these versions and if so, will the pilot look like a normal pilot or will it have odd shapped angles designed to hold the plow?

Will a standard pilot come with it so when the plow comes off a normal pilot can be mounted in its place?

I have sent e-mails and I have called. The only answer I get is they either do not know what I'm talking about or the parts department says the Large scale Rail trucks do not have plows which I know is not the case. Talk about getting the run-around.

How can I get a replacement Snow Plow for the Large Scale Goose #1?
