Removing window glazing from a model can be tricky.

I've had good luck slipping a hobby knife or jewler's screwdriver between the glazing and shell (where the glue meets).

Sometimes, there was just too much glue used at the factory, and the glazing won't release without doing damage to the window or shell.

Others have suggested putting the shell in the freezer for a while, then trying to pop out the windows.

You will have to experiment a bit.  Really they weren't meant to be removed, but we modelers find a way now and then.

When the glazing won't release, you'll just have to tape off the window.  Not the first choice, I know.

Regards,

Jonathan

Just handle the loco while thinking real hard, "I really don't want that glazing to fall out, it's so hard to replace.", and it will fall out all by itself.  ;D ;D (Just kidding. But that's the way it seems to work sometimes.)
