Never looked at it that way. I have both poles up since no way to raise and lower the poles when direction changed. And besides if auto reverse than not enough time between next run start to lower one or the other pole.

You are welcome!
My layout is set in 50's-60's era so I am using some old style brown poles that have the catenary wire arms so I have the poles in up position like they are active when running.

From the bottom of the wheels to top of room is 1" and from bottom of wheels to top of the cable arm is 1 1/2". Be advised that the Hayes bumper is not where the trolley actually stops; but further up because the B sections are not powered.

N / N auto reverse track
May 01, 2021, 03:20:24 PM
Greetings,
With the Auto Reverse track can the 2 5" 'B' sections be replaced with the 2 5" 'A - B' sections so that the Brill Trolley will stop closer to the Hayes Bumpers? This would allow me to have longer runs than if the Trolley stopped before the 'B' track.

N / EZ track to other track transition
November 08, 2020, 03:28:38 PM
I bought the Bachman N motorized turntable and it works well. However, the tracks will not line up with the Walthers roundhouse. Is there a transition track I can use from Bachman to another track? My thought is to buy another turntable that will work with the roundhouse. Basically - an engine comes off the EZ track and transitions to the other turntable track which engine in turn ends up in the roundhouse.

Thanks,
The Duke
