Title: isolating ez track

can anyone explain how you isolate  for circuit breaker ez track when you want to block wire for circuit breaker protection

What scale track are you using?

Either
  1) Replace current metal rail joiners with plastic rail joiners (sold as Code 100 Insulated Rail Joiners)
  2) Cut gap in rail and fill the gap with plastic. Then trimmed plastic flat to contour of the rail

In terms of plastic to fill the gap, styrenne is a piece of cake to work with.

im using ho scale track...dont i need a gap large enough so the wheels will not bridge the two rails?

Nope
