I have this train set and I would like to have sound and DCC to it help.
Start with the ESU – LokSound (http://www.esu.eu/en/products) website.
You want to find two things.
1) Is there a "Hall Class" locomotive sound file available for a LokSound Select Micro decoder.
2) Locate a LokSound retailer, which will sell and install the sound file in the decoder.
just something i found when googling.

I just bought a set today for $35 and put a Tsunami light steam Tsu-100 in it took me about an Hour. it easy depending on the Which type you the Bachmann or Hornby.
Sounds available with the SoundTraxx TSU-1000 Light Steam decoder are not correct for a 4900 Class HALL 4-6-0 locomotive.
Trivia - The GWR #5972, OLTON HALL was used as the Hogwarts Express locomotive in the Harry Potter films.
