Start with the ESU – LokSound  (http://www.esu.eu/en/products) website.

You want to find two things.
  1)   Is there a "Hall Class" locomotive sound file available for a LokSound Select Micro decoder.
  2)   Locate a LokSound retailer, which will sell and install the sound file in the decoder.

Sounds available with the SoundTraxx TSU-1000 Light Steam decoder are not correct for a 4900 Class HALL 4-6-0 locomotive.

Trivia - The GWR #5972, OLTON HALL was used as the Hogwarts Express locomotive in the Harry Potter films.
