A follow up question. Can the one in the rear truck be by-passed and eliminated? I think that it is bad, and is stopping power pick up by the rear truck.

Richards saw mill is really some model. He does great work. I talked to him at the show today but did not realize the saw mill was his. A saw mill is one of my projects this year also.
I got a few detail items and a couple of sound systems.
If the weather stays nice tomorrow I hope to get my new 3 truck Shay out and break it in.

Sounds like you had a good time at the show. I am going tomorrow. Will be looking for detail items for the layout. I hope to have time to run some trains on Sunday.
