I just got my E-Z app set and I am trying to add the remote left and right turnouts, what type of power device do I need so I could run the turnouts. Would there be a good power supply to get to power my turnouts?
Any analog controller with working accessory terminals will do the job, do not connect the turnouts to the track terminals.
Model train stores usually have a box of used ones for cheap.
Does anyone have a link as to where I could find an controller online? I went to my local hobby store and they had no idea what I was talking about. Thank you
I've had no trouble using these on my layouts.

Buying used ones online is kind of iffy. Most of the 'bargains' on Ebay are untested or pretty old.
The instructions for the turnout have a wiring diagram:

I think the idea is you power it using AC jacks on any power supply (like the Bachmann power supply).
Some MRC DC power supplies generate pulsed power spikes that manage to slip through the h-bridge in the EZ App board and can damage components. The EZ App userguide recommends you avoid MRC power supplies to power the rails. I would use a Bachmann power supply to be safe.
