The pictures at the site show it's removable
You can take it off, but it might be lightly glued on, but should come off pretty easily, but you would have to be careful when re-securing it on the flatcar. All I know is that the loader is likely non-operating (no movable pieces) and probably delicate.

I got a couple of athearn flats with loads, one with a boat and one with a plane and they can be removed from the flat.
what is NOT removable is the structure that holds the loads in place on the cars.
I do not know if the same is true for the MTH flat you are looking at.
